Troubleshooting

These pages are arranged by what you saw rather than by which part of the pipeline did it: the install refusing, the run not starting, a step failing partway through, results that look wrong, a re-run doing more or less than you expected, or an analysis module misbehaving. Start with whichever one describes your symptom.

If nothing here matches, please open an issue at github.com/ozankiratli/PoolSeqFlow/issues. A problem that is not on these pages is worth reporting even if you find a way around it, because the fix usually belongs in the pipeline rather than in your project. Getting help says what to include, which is what decides whether the first reply answers you or asks you for more detail.
